Welcoming Leah to a New Role

Dear Friends of ABLE NH,

I am excited to announce the recent promotion of Leah Stagnone to the position of Director of Community Engagement.

Leah has been a dedicated team member and a passionate champion for inclusion throughout the state. As a New Hampshire native from Litchfield, Leah’s deep-rooted connection to our community has been invaluable. In addition to her work with ABLE NH, Leah serves as the Council Director of the NH Council of Youths with Chronic Conditions and is a Co-Founder of the Northern New England Chapter of #MEAction. She has been with ABLE NH in various capacities for several years, showcasing her commitment to our mission and her exceptional skills in advocacy and engagement.

Her academic pursuits, combined with her hands-on engagement, further support ABLE NH’s mission of enhancing communication with past, present, and future ABLE members. Leah’s journey with ABLE NH began as a community organizer, where she amplified the voices of individuals with disabilities. Her most recent role as an administrator further honed her leadership and organizational skills.

In her new role as Director of Community Engagement, we are excited to see Leah’s responsibilities grow alongside ABLE’s mission. Leah will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the growth of our membership base and continuing communications and connections with organizations throughout the state that share ABLE’s mission. This will ensure ABLE’s growth and outreach.

Leah’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and connected community is unwavering. We are confident that her passion, combined with her experience and skills, will greatly enhance our efforts to advocate for individuals with disabilities and promote inclusive policies and practices throughout New Hampshire.

Please join me in congratulating Leah Stagnone on her well-deserved promotion. We look forward to seeing the incredible impact she will continue to make in her new role.
