ABLE NH’s Transportation Task Force is pleased to bring a series of Lunch and Learns to our community. These educational opportunities are open to the general public, and we encourage self-advocates, family members, service providers, transportation enthusiasts, and more to join. Zoom meeting information will be posted to our Community Calendar and shared on the event flyers. ABLE NH Transportation Equity Lunch & Learn Series- Medicaid Waiver Everyday Transportation . ABLE NH’s Transportation Equity Task Force will host a Lunch & Learn on June 20th, 12:00-1:00 PM. Did you know that Medicaid can pay for things like bus passes and prepaid transportation vouchers? This event will include a presentation on the Non-Medical Transportation Service Option under NH’s DD, IHS, ABD, and CFI Medicaid waivers. There will be Q&A with an expert in the service. Attendees will also receive a one-pager on how to access this service option and the benefits available. Featured speaker is Lindsey Magee, State of NH Bureau of Developmental Services.
